This easy-to-follow course will help you understand, where you can legally carry an “Unlicensed Handgun” and when you can legally use Force or Deadly force.
Introduction
Whether you have a LTC or not, you are still responsible to know and follow all state regulations and gun law requirements. Our Constitutional Carry Training will teach you all the laws, restrictions, and regulations you need to know before carrying an unlicensed handgun and when you can use force or deadly force. Proper training and safety are essential for using and operating your firearm safely and efficiently. Although it’s not a requirement, we highly recommend that you take our Handgun 101 Basic Training course and get your LTC!

What is Constitutional Carry and why is it important?
Constitutional Carry aka Permitless carry Texas House Bill 1927
As of September 1st, 2021, you no longer have to get a License to Carry a Handgun to LEGALLY carry a handgun in some public places.
I'm still deciding on getting my LTC, is it required I get any kind of training?
If you permitless or Constitutional carry, NO training is required, but be aware ignorance of the Law is NO defense to being prosecuted. It’s best to get your License to Carry. If you choose not to obtain a License to Carry, at least be aware of the basic gun laws in Texas before you carry in public.
Is there any type of shooting or proficiency demonstration before I decide to permitless carry?
No, but be aware of the liability if you are not proficient or don’t know how to handle a pistol. We do offer excellent Handgun 101 Basic Training!
